The last minute projects are the ones that are completed in a rush. There is not much time to conduct the research or collect the required material after a thorough study and analysis. The last minute projects usually are the best projects and they are done in a hurry. Most of the time, they are completed just to give a status of €œComplete.€ It is just a formality.  
The last minute projects can be for the students wherein they are required to complete a study and answer a few questions or they are required to prepare a video about a particular topic and they are assigned points on the basis of their performance. The students, in this case, either do not take interest in completing the project with sincerity and look out for some readymade projects to save their time and effort.

The last minute projects here cannot be taken lightly and they must be done with utmost sincerity. There must be proper research and analysis before entering the data in the project report. If the data is found to be incorrect, it may adversely impact the business.
  
The last minute projects in case of professional fields are sometimes the result of poor project management. The project manager is required to calculate the time required to complete the project and then make commitments. In case the project manager is unable to do so, he must be ready to face the consequences either in terms of extreme pressures or some missed information. The projects completed in such short time often lack the quality.
