OVER 65 IS NO EXCUSE

Getting old is no excuse not to exercise. I am 65 and have decided to search for a used bike for sale.
Riding is an excellent form of exercise and is not too strenuous for my age. I have quite bad knees, so running is not an option as the impact can sometimes make my knees ache. Riding seems to strengthen the muscles.

Educational System in The United Kingdom

In United Kingdom, education is compulsory for children aged between 5 and 16, both ages inclusive.  In some states, the upper limit varies by one or two years, 5 €“ 17 or 5 €“ 18 years. Most probably all the states will come to follow the 5 €“ 18 period of education by 2013.  There is a facility to give basics to the children aged 3 to 4, but it is not a must.
