Getting old is no excuse not to exercise. I am 65 and have decided to search for a used bike for sale.
Riding is an excellent form of exercise and is not too strenuous for my age. I have quite bad knees, so running is not an option as the impact can sometimes make my knees ache. Riding seems to strengthen the muscles.
My next aim is to now get a few of my friends involve and create a group for us to all go out once a week and ride together. Not only then will it be a good idea to keep us fit but also a good social thing!
